Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This policy explains how Visionary Media handles information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@thevisionarymedia.net.

What we collect

When you enquire, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, company, website, campaign requirements, budget, social handles, niche, audience range and message. We also record your enquiry date and privacy acknowledgement. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

For security, we use a hashed network identifier and short-lived attempt counts to limit spam and sign-in abuse. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses, in its security logs.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess your requirements, discuss potential services and keep track of our communication. We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting this service, where applicable. We do not add enquirers to marketing lists.

Who can access it

Enquiry records are available only to authorised administrators. Our hosting and database providers process information to operate the site. When email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider processes the enquiry details to deliver them to our agency inbox. We do not sell your personal information.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must be in place for that processing. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the resulting business conversation. We review closed enquiries and remove information no longer needed, unless there is a legal or contractual reason to retain it. You can request deletion by email.

Cookies and security

The public application does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The admin dashboard uses a strictly necessary session cookie that expires after eight hours or on sign-out. A private preview hosted by OpenAI may also use its own sign-in cookies. We use access controls and secure connections to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights under EU and UK data protection law

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contact us to make a request. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if applicable.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) or UK GDPR applies, we respond to rights requests without undue delay, normally within one month. If a permitted extension is needed because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain it within that first month. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.

You can find your EU supervisory authority through the European Data Protection Board or contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us before making a complaint.

Providing information and automated decisions

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. The fields marked as required allow us to assess and respond to your request. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us instead. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Read our Cookie Notice for details of essential sign-in cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
